Bamidele worked as a Senior Management staff in David Collins Consulting, a top Business Brand consulting firm in London for four years from where he joined the Commission for Local Administration in England, a department under the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in the United Kingdom as Financial Controller.

He returned to Nigeria and joined Emmanuel Adeyemo Ogunlowo & Co, a Chartered Accounting firm as a Senior Manager, a role which he held for five years after which he moved into the Nigerian financial sector by joining Vetiva Group as Head, Finance & Accounts. After his spell in the financial sector, he returned to Emmanuel Adeyemo Ogunlowo & Co as a full partner. He is also the Managing Partner of BAO Partners (Tax Consultants).

Bamidele is a fellow of The Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, (ACCA), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. (ICAN), The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. (CITN), Institute of Financial Accountants England (IFA) and The Chartered Institute of Public Administrators of Ghana (CIPA) amongst others. He obtained a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Business & Accounting from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside.

Coleman is a finance and accounting professional who began his career as a junior analyst with Vetiva Capital Management Ltd and rose to the position of the group CFO. He was responsible amongst others for developing and implementing the group’s financial strategy, treasury management, budgeting, taxation and liaising with external regulators (SEC, NSE, FIRS etc)..

He had a brief stint with Lotus Capital where he was also the CFO.

Coleman holds the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) designation. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds a Bsc. Accounting (First Class Honours) from University of Lagos. He is also a member of the Chartered Finance Analyst (CFA).

Afis is an accounting professional and a fraud examiner. He began his career with Access 1 Agency in Houston, Texas before relocating to Nigeria to join Finaquest Integrated Resources Ltd as the Finance/Business Development Manager. He is a partner with Olayemi Taiwo & Co (Chartered Accountants) and runs Sash Professional Services.

Afis is an Associate member of both ICAN and ACCA. He is also an Associate member, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Afis holds a Bsc. Accounting & Finance from University of Houston, Texas.
